Hello,
have network issue on CT. CT has assignet 12 ips and some times ips are unreachable. vzifup-post fixing but a part (like first 2-3 ips working other not). Only vzctl restart CTID helpful. Net type - venet. Arp record and route are present, nothing changed in routing table and arp table after vzifup-post (checked by diff). HN OS - ALTLinux, kernel - 2.6.32-ovz-el-alt51, vzctl-3.3-alt1.

[root@ca44 valintinr]# brctl show
bridge name bridge id STP enabled interfaces
breth0 8000.bc305bd6aadf no eth0
breth1 8000.bc305bd6aadf no vlan2307

? (199.204.*.*) at * PERM PUP on breth1

199.204.*.* dev venet0 scope link

22: breth1: <BROADCAST,MULTICAST,UP,LOWER_UP> mtu 1500 qdisc noqueue state UNKNOWN
    link/ether bc:30:5b:d6:aa:df brd ff:ff:ff:ff:ff:ff
    inet 199.204.*.*/25 scope global breth1
    inet 192.168.11.44/24 scope global breth1

Route on CT

[root@ca44 valintinr]# vzctl exec 3104 ip r
default dev venet0 scope link

CT OS - ALTLinux too (befor was debian but got same issues)

I don't know anything about altlinux (which distro based it is?), but at least your vzctl version is old, latest version is 4.4.

probably kernel also needs to be updated.

I recommend to use rhel based latest stable kernel (version 042stab079.5 at the moment)
for debian there is article how to use rhel based kernels and tools:
http://wiki.openvz.org/Install_kernel_from_RPM_on_Debian_6.0

also please tell what os you use in CTs

Man, we got more old kernel (all kernel rhel based on ALT) and vzctl. And there all working pretty fine. Only on this node issues. Sure we'll update kernel and vzctl but i dont think that it will be helpfull.

As i told in current CT also ALT.
Ill update kernel and vzctl in a few hours.

Its a mix of mandrake and debian (apt+rpm)

vzctl cant be upgraded, no new version for current branch.
