hi, my os centos 5 openvz

i want to limit traffic for all connection.

example openvpn. each client - have limit 256kb/sec

but im me server no eth0 interface

only

venet0
lo
tun0

i want do this with tc.

I want limit to each client 256kb/sec. But no 256 for all
