I am starting a hosting company and this is the only place I haven't asked. Do I need any license or have to do anything to do if I will use openVZ with the company? I can't find anything about it.

On the OpenVZ main page there is mentioned "OpenVZ is free open source software, available under GNU GPL.". So you can use it for commercial use. For exact license definition see Google or license home page.
