vps-net_add ERROR: Unable to add route ip route add 67.222.131.209 dev venet0 [message #47211]

I have been trying to fix this problem for 2 days until now i have openvz installed. I create a VPS on command line i get stopped when trying to start the VPS container.

i dont understand with this conflict
