I'm having an identical problem to the one in this ignored thread: forum.openvz.org/index.php?t=msg&goto=12612. Does anyone know a solution?

Are you installing a rpm within a virtual machine or on a hardware node?

Please post all the relevant information:

- kernel and openvz tools versions
- OS version
- hard disk space and quotas for the hardware node and the virtual machine.
