i buy a vps with kernel 2.6.9-022stab078.14-smp. but ... modprobe ipv6
FATAL: Could not load /lib/modules/2.6.9-022stab078.14-smp/modules.dep: No such file or directory ....

can you help me? Sad

So you're giving this command inside the vps?
# modprobe ipv6
If so, this is prohibited inside VPS to load modules for security reasons.
Module should be loaded on the HN.

i give the command on the vps. i don't have the source of kernel 2.6.9-022stab078.14-smp. if i download it i can load the module. i use the debian 3.1
