Need help please
Need some software that is totally stand alone that can run on Linux to monitor traffic per domain, need to monitor web and email traffic inbound and out bound.

Any ideas

I think this is not the right place to ask such question. I'm sure such software exists but I'm not expert at it.

you have it on your server "iptables"

or get some programs, which uses iptables like iam ipac-ng ... and much more ...

or write your own iptables scripts.
