Hi All,
Maybe someone had a success with running LLDP?
I found that knowing where the virtual or physical machines are phisically connected is a great feature.
Currently I have no problem to run LLDP on a physical ubuntu. so in one command on the switch I know exactly where each server is connected.
I have tried two methods with no luck.
1. using a package name ladvd
2. using a packge named lldpad
Both have issues.
Ladvd does not require any configuration by default just install and that's it.
