Ubuntu 11.10 is broken. Has this been reported or a fix is in progress or someone could get it working? Thanks.

I can also confirm that this is an issue. The /etc/fstab file is broken and does not mount ptys. Also, the image has no apt sources, so updates will fail. Lots of problems with the Ubuntu 11.10 x64 image. I don't know if x86 has the same problem or not.

I was wondering why none of the VPS providers had Ubuntu 11.10 images...now I know why.

I think it's now working. Ubuntu 11.10 templates were updated on 2/18/2012. I tried and it let me in without warnings.
