Hi all,

I'm having this kernel error on my messages logs. Last day I got my server down because of that (not sure) . I have searched this and found that already has a kernel patch.

I think this is the bug ;
bugzilla.openvz . org/show_bug.cgi?id=1954

Is there tutorial how to apply patch simply , or is it already patched on new releases ?

Currently using Centos 6 64 bit and 2.6.32-042stab039.11 kernel.

Thanks advanced!

See bug 2090, about /usr/libexec/abrt-hook-ccpp too.

grab patch available in bug report, store them in (rpm) file ..../SOURCES/linux-kernel-test.patch and rpmbuild the new version.

Bug report 2090 say stopping daemon abrtd bypass the problem.

Hope this help.

Hello,

I am having the very same problem.
Regarding your assumption ( that this is the cause of the hang ) i have verified that this happens every time before the server crashes.

Help solving this would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!
