The wiki doesn't really cover CentOS 6. I screwed up an install and wasted hours trying to do it like CENTOS5 (which is covered).

I'm not sure if URLs work in comments, so search www.howtoforge.com for "installing-and-using-openvz-on-fedora-14"

Works flawlessly for rhel6.

Parallels has a good up to date document. Just ignore virtuozzo specific parts. The basic kernel and services are exactly the same.
