Hello

I have just installed CentOS 6 with minimal option to my test desktop and update it accordingly. Later, I have installed OpenVZ Kernel 2.6.32-042stab020.1 x86_64. I have not configured any VEs right now.

However, I am having problems while I try to shutdown. The system locks up when "init: Re-executing /sbin/init" stage.

What can I do to resolve this issue? Any ideas?

This was a reported bug and will be fixed in 042stab021. My mistake, just didn't think it was a general bug.

Workaround is described in the bug report, the fix is to update to 042stab021.1 (to be released in about 10 minutes, hold your breath).
