more than vps on server node keep restart itself [message #42997]

hello

i have problem with more than a VPS on the server node , it keep restart itself and i dunno why the vps stopped and start again with no reason , here is the /var/log/messages log

Jun 27 23:44:53 server kernel: Fatal resource shortage: privvmpages, UB 110.
Jun 27 23:44:55 server last message repeated 3 times
Jun 28 01:49:02 server kernel: CT: 130: stopped
Jun 28 01:49:02 server kernel: CT: 130: started
Jun 28 01:59:11 server kernel: CT: 120: stopped
Jun 28 01:59:13 server kernel: CT: 120: started
Jun 28 02:02:09 server kernel: CT: 130: stopped

so how could u solve this problem
