Or am I just blind. The 64 bit version doesn't appear to be listed.

The new 13.2 64 bit kernel is also not showing up in yum.

More information.

yum install vzkernel - this sees the new stab kernel

yum -y update - does not see it.

I'm wondering - since stab < test alphabetically is that creating a problem?
