Hello,
I'm having a strange problem with OpenVZ. cpunits works right, but cpulimit doesen't.

For example, if I set 10% cpulimit on a container, when I execute CPU-intensive script on that container, it seems to belimited at 1%

I've done some test, here is the results:

CPULIMIT->real limit
10 -> 1
20 -> 2
30 -> 4
40 -> 6
50 -> 10
60 -> 12
70 -> 17
80 -> 25
90 -> 43
95 -> 62
100 -> 100

cpuinfo:
processor : 0
vendor_id : GenuineIntel
cpu family : 6
model : 9
model name : Intel(R) Pentium(R) M processor 1500MHz
stepping : 5

(CentOS)

If I set (for example):
cpulimit 40% on CT101
cpulimit 60% on CT102
It works right. (only when CT101+CT102=100)

Thank's in advance! Surprised
