hi,
sorry but i don't know where i can ask that question or where open it, i am know them from here so i think it will be good if i ask here about them and about ppl experiences with them ..
are they made a good work or not ? are it save to send a money to them or not ? if i send the money to them and the work not don't could they will back my money again or not ?
sorry for that many question and hope to found help on that

hi,
thank u for replay. but i was know them from here not from webhostingtalk they are on trust company on openvz page .. and i send them my money and dont get the project or my money back until now !!
can any one help me on that plz ?

Neither OpenVZ project nor Parallels, Inc. have any connection or business partnership with TouchVPS.

http://wiki.openvz.org/Hosting_providers just lists some companies who do their own business with OpenVZ. We owe no responsibility for them whatsoever.

now can u advice me how to get my money back ?
they dont give me my project or return my money back .. every time they say wait to billing dep to replay to u.. and there no replay from many month ago ..

happy new year to u and all ur team and member here kir, and thank u for replay.
am not asking about government process i talk about friendly process if here any one know them or have a relation with them to talk with them and ask them to back my money to me and dont do that with a clients or they will have a bad relations and information with ppl. so if any one know them plz talk to them

thank u for replay arabvps,
that problem with them now from more than 4 month !! did u can help with that ? yes i payed them with paypal but as i told u it from more than 4 month and when i ask them they say wait billing dep. and move my ticket to the billing dep. and am waiting but without any answer from any one there ..
thank u again for try to help but if u realy can help on that situation plz pm me ..
