The OpenVZ can be installed in a server who already has cpanel functioning?

With the OpenVZ it is possible to create VPS with processor control, memory?

Which the charged price to make the installation of professional form?

Yes. OpenVZ has a lot of resources control parameters, check User Guide for details.
