We are facing lot of problem with openvz install. Sometimes its kernel panic sometimes server just goes down.
Kernel panic is more likely a hardware issue or operating system?
Is there any tool to diagnose the hardware like motherboard, ram and hard disk?

Thanks

Why don't you check wiki before asking questions?
