Command:

/usr/sbin/vzctl destroy 121

Answer:

Destroying VPS private area: /vz/private/121
Can't move /vz/private/121 -> /vz/tmp/XlHdC8K: Device or resource busy

No process using files. I check using command:

/usr/sbin/lsof 2> /dev/null | egrep '/vz/root/121|/vz/private/121'

And have empty answer.

Please help.

P.S. my english is bad.
