Kernel 2.6.24 do not compile "no member named 'sysvsem'" [message #28465] Wed, 19 March 2008 12:48 Go to next message

Hi!

I'm trying to compile kernel 2.6.24.
I downloaded from kernel.org (2.6.24 and not 2.6.24.3) and applied the patch.

When I compile, I get the following error:

cpt_process.c:865: error: 'struct task_struct' has no member named 'sysvsem'

Can someone help me?

tks

Apparently you have not enabled CONFIG_SYSVIPC in kernel .config. Please enable this option and try to recompile.
