1. set --cpulimit 20
2. Stress it
CPU usage(top) = 100%
Load average = 20.0 (e.g.)

HOST
CPU usage(top) = 20%
Load average = 20.0 (e.g.)

------------------------------

TOP shows the currect cpu usage [100%@VE1] & [20%@HOST]


Shouldn't the load average be 20.0@VE1 & something lower@HOST?

Hi,

please tell why do you think so?
load avg is the averaged number of running processes in the runqueue. So HN include VEs processes and load avg on HN should be lager. Or I've missed something?
