Hello,

When i trying to install cpanel this message appear

Can't locate YAML/Syck.pm in @INC (@INC contains: /scripts /usr/lib/perl5/5.8.5/i386-linux-thread-multi

and the cpanel don't installed Successfully

It is a message saying that it is missing a perl module. I think this is not related to OpenVZ at all.
