I've seen others migrate accounts from a Virtuozzo environment to an OpenVZ environment without issues. Being a long time user of Virtuozzo paying a great deal of money without any support needed really, would it be advised to move from Virtuozzo to OpenVZ?
We have several licenses of Virtuozzo so the cost of the software licensing is great. Not having used OpenVZ before, I am curious to know from those who've used both; what are the real advantages of Virtuozzo considering the high licensing costs? I know you can get official support, you get a web control panel, and some other command line tools possibly not included with OpenVZ. Beyond that though, are there any advantages? Is it more stable, more secure, anything? I intend on installing OpenVZ and testing the migrations along with features. However, I would appreciate comments from those with experience in both areas. Thank you in advance!

This question is much more for virtuozzo forum, don't you think so?
Take a look here:
http://openvz.org/support/
And plus, as I know:
vzfs.
speed of security fixes. Which is realy important with bugs like "vmsplice" if you are not ready to track bugtracks yourself and patching+compiling kernels.
