I have an HN and few VPSs from a downloaded pre-cached OS template and they all work fine. Now I would like to change globally this template (adding and removing packages).

Questions:
1) Why the vzpkgls command shows me an empty line (even vzpkgls -c)?
2) How do I add or remove a package to the template? vzyum command is used for a specific VPS and vzpkgcache gives me an error (OS template not found).

You have to have a template metadata installed in order to use vzpkgls/vzpkgcache/etc tools.

I understand, Kir. So I have other questions:

Is it possible to create a template metadata from the installed OS cache? If yes what is the command? If no how to create a template metadata from scratch?

Is there a source of information different from the user's guide?
