Hello, I am using patch patch-ovz028stab023.1-combined, and expected to
see this io accounting code in it:

Is patch-ovz028stab023.1-combined the most recent patch to be using for
2.6.18? I don't see this commit from Dec 13 in it.

Rick,

This code was reworked after the commit you pointed to.
Nowdays function show_io_stats() is renamed to bc_ioacct_show()
and I/O-related code is moved to io_acct.c
