I've install OpenVZ on Debian and it works pretty well. Thank you guys.

I've read OpenVZ user guide and exported one of my partitions to the
vps, but it was formatted as xfs. So I can't mount it because VPS
don't have xfs module loaded. I tried to load module using --iptables
flag but no success. How I can load kernel modules in VPS?

It is my understanding that the kernel module needs to be loaded on the
hardware node.

See http://wiki.openvz.org/VPN_via_the_TUN/TAP_device

You don't. What you want to do is:

Load the 'xfs' module in VE0 -- the management node
Mount the xfs filesystem in the management node
Use a 'bind' mount to make it available to the VPS
