I hesitate to edit the page, because perhaps this works for a lot of people. The present instructions for adding the OpenVZ repository are as follows:

# cd /etc/yum.repos.d
# wget http://download.openvz.org/openvz.repo
# rpm --import http://download.openvz.org/RPM-GPG-Key-OpenVZ

This does NOT work, especially if you're behind a firewall. An earlier version does:

# cd /etc/yum.repos.d
# wget http://download.openvz.org/openvz.repo
# wget http://download.openvz.org/RPM-GPG-Key-OpenVZ
# rpm --import RPM-GPG-Key-OpenVZ
