Есть Dom0 на Centos 5 final 2.6.18-92.1.13.el5.028stab059.6,
vzctl-lib-3.0.23-1
vzquota-3.0.12-1
ovzkernel-devel-2.6.18-92.1.13.el5.028stab059.6
ovzkernel-2.6.18-92.1.13.el5.028stab059.6
vzctl-3.0.23-1

Стоит на ней контейнер Debian 4 с конфигом:
...
CPUUNITS="1000"
VE_ROOT="/vz/root/$VEID"
VE_PRIVATE="/vz/private/940"
OSTEMPLATE="debian-4.0-x86_64"
ORIGIN_SAMPLE="vps.basic"
IP_ADDRESS="111.222.33.44"
HOSTNAME="трампампам"
NAMESERVER="127.0.0.1"
CPULIMIT="800"
MEMINFO="pages:255999744"
CPUS="8"
...

При запуске с Dom0 получается:
...
Adding IP address(es): 111.222.33.44
arpsend: 111.222.33.44 is detected on another computer : 00:30:48:63:42:1f
vps-net_add WARNING: arpsend -c 1 -w 1 -D -e 111.222.33.44 eth1 FAILED
arpsend: 111.222.33.44 is detected on another computer : 00:02:51:3a:a9:00
vps-net_add WARNING: arpsend -c 1 -w 1 -D -e 111.222.33.44 venet900 FAILED
Setting CPU limit: 800
...

Причём, mac-адреса, где обнаружен нужный IP каждый раз разные, ping 111.222.33.44 не даёт ничего, если заменить 111.222.33.44 на адрес, которого точно нет в сети, происходит то же самое Sad

Куда копать?
