I was curious what GUI are currently out their? I am aware of HyperVM, VTONF, and the ones on the wiki page. Does anyone have any other good ones for an online environment?

You should look into Proxmox VE, which allows you to cluster openvz servers and live migrate the virtual machines across serveres. All gui based.
