Hi,

Firstly, I request the moderator to put the *solved* status on the title for this thread, since I have fixed this problem. Actually the problem occured due to some technical fault at the VoIP service provider' end. Moreover, I modified my standard iax.conf file to the format in which the VoIP service provider (Voicepulse)had suggested on their website.

As far as Johan' que goes, the answer is no. My virtual servers have no access to Zaptel. I really doubt if that is possible. As I am not an expert, kindly confirm the same from a professional.
