*SOLVED* Unable to fork: Cannot allocate memory [message #9094]

When I attempt to vzctl enter ###, I get the error "Unable to fork: Cannot allocate memory"

I ran a top and I'm not maxing out memory and nothing in swap is being used.

Any ideas?
