As far as I understand this ISO contains the full system, that can be started on HN? Well, when just extract contents of iso image and create tar.gz archive for it, place this archive in /vz/templates/cache (choose right name for the archive, depending on distribution name, on which iso i based). Try to create/start VE. I guess some small problems will appear with staring VE (network, udev, etc.) but they are solvable. You can look at these articles http://wiki.openvz.org/Category:Templates to get some expirience on the subject.
