I have done all those steps:
http://wiki.openvz.org/VPN_via_the_TUN/TAP_device
and tun device is being used:

[root@r8c2 ~]# lsmod | grep tun
tun                     6880  1

And I was trying to enable debug on iptables:

iptables -t nat -A PREROUTING -j LOG --log-prefix "NAT Prerouting: "
iptables -t nat -A POSTROUTING -j LOG --log-prefix "NAT Postrouting: "
iptables -t nat -A OUTPUT -j LOG --log-prefix "NAT Output: "

but I got a strange error:

iptables: Unknown error 4294967295

Forwarding is set to '1'.

net.ipv4.ip_forward = 1
