no, i have installed yum manually ,
but now this command doest not respond :

vzyum 103 install yum -y
exec /usr/share/vzyum/bin/yum -c /vz/template/fedora-core/4/i386/config/yum.conf --installroot /vz/root/103 --vps=103 install yum -y
Setting up Install Process
Setting up repositories
fc4-updates-released 100% |=========================| 951 B 00:00
fc4-vz-addons 100% |=========================| 951 B 00:00
fc4-base 100% |=========================| 1.1 kB 00:00
Reading repository metadata in from local files

.....................

i reinstall a new vps for reproce the problem ...
