You can always check by looking up the kernel configuration files @ http://openvz.org/download/kernel/

Nevertheless, following options are enabled in the latest stable
and test series:
CONFIG_DM_MULTIPATH=y
CONFIG_DM_MULTIPATH_EMC=y

works great as far as I remember.
