You are using reiserfs on /vz partion.
It seems that for some reasons statfs call in that system fails...

We highly DON'T recommend to use openvz on reiserfs.

One more thing, that can help:
try to turn disk quota off. Stop all VEs and set
DISK_QUOTA to "no" in /etc/vz/vz.conf.
Start VEs and try to use sendmail. Maybe it'll help.
