Vielen Dank an Alle!

Nach der Installation hab ich gleich den ersten Kernel-Eintrag im menu.lst FAST wie im obigen Beitrag abgeändert:

-- "/boot/grub/menu.lst"
title Debian GNU/Linux, ovz-kernel
root (hd0,0)
kernel /vmlinuz-2.6.8-stable-ovz root=/dev/hda3 ro console=tty0 console=ttyS0,57600
savedefault
boot
--
Und, siehe..............
Jetzt klappt es!
Es bootet vom OVZ-Kernel!!! UNd das nach fast einer Woche!
