another possible solution:
Change the entry of the given file to the the right paths!
(-> file:/usr/share/vzpkg/functions)

VZCTL=/usr/sbin/vzctl
VZLOCKDIR=/var/lib/vz/lock
VECFGDIR=/etc/vz/conf
VZCFG=/etc/vz/vz.conf
VZLIB_SCRIPTDIR=/usr/share/vzctl/scripts
