Had one like this (though no snapshots) where the max size was supposed to be 10GB, it was using about 3GB, yet on the node the disk size was 100GB. pcompact didn't solve it, neither did prl_disk_tool compact $CTID
But what did fix it is resizing it with prl_disk_tool (the container had to be stopped though): prl_disk_tool resize --hdd /vz/private/$CTID/root.hdd --size 10G
Perhaps that'll help.
