Update 22 dropped a few days ago and it has this template in it: https://download.openvz.org/virtuozzo/releases/openvz-7.0.22 -123/x86_64/os/Packages/u/ubuntu-24.04-x86_64-ez-7.0.0-9.vz7 .noarch.rpm

It also includes the libvzctl package change that fixes systemd losing track of system units upon daemon-reexec because of `init -z` (however containers must be restarted for it to apply).
