Looks like it was already reported as a bug on the 17th here: https://bugs.openvz.org/browse/OVZ-7486 with subject "vcmmd: failed to register Container: Failed to get VCMMD D-Bus name"

No comments or updates from devs yet. Good thing there's a workaround.
