You can find list of mirrors and its state at https://mirrors.openvz.org/
We have migrated OpenVz infrastructure in new Datacenter.
In general all should work correctly now, but we cannot exclude some minor troubles.
Please port to bugs.openvz.org about all noticed issues,
unlike the forum, the bug-tracker is checked more or less regularly.
