Nope, they are not marked, and there no flags on src.openvz.org as well,
but you can get a list of stable kernels checking the yum repo:

http://repo.virtuozzo.com/vz/releases/
http://download.openvz.org/virtuozzo/releases/


If your problem is solved - please, report it!
It's even more important than reporting the problem itself...
