So, from the looks of it, you're a VPS customer and your VPS has a public IP of 183.181.101.87. The server is running OpenVZ.

Netcat aside, which software is giving you trouble and what kind of errors are you seeing?

For example, if you run a sshd on the VPS, can you connect trough a SSH client from an outside address?
