This is what they sent to me

"I tried to manually mount the 101 ploop drive and got below error. The ploop container of vps 101 is corrupted. I am making a copy of original data in /vz/private/101-restore. I will try to repair this copy, it may take a few hours. I see that you are also logged into the server. Please don't do anything on the server while I am working on it. It may create problems.
