Sorry for not replying you earlier.

Looks like CentOS guys changed something, so beta.centos.org doesn't carry centos 4 anymore, you have to use mirror.centos.org. To do that, edit the file /vz/template/centos/4/i386/config/yum.conf and change all occurences of beta.centos.org to mirror.centos.org.

Alternatively, you can update vztmpl-centos-4 rpm which I will release shortly.
