Проблема с suspend/resume при использовании aufs для fs CT, как оказалось, вызвана тем, что SUSPEND рассматривает файловые дескриторы, открытые ядром, как пользовательские. Это, вообще-то, не правильно. Файловые дескприторы ядра НЕ надо сохранять/восстанавливать. Попробую написать BugZillu
