Ok finally i came up with solution.

vzctl stop 505
vzctl set 505 --diskspace 40G --offline-resize --save (this shrank down the size from almost 40 gig down to 5.3 gig)
vzctl start 505

All works fine. But I'm not sure how to do the same thing by hand in production.
