Well, commands like this are usualy put into a script, so you can esily repeat them or make them run automatically after each reboot.

DEV variables should be set according to your environment - it's quite possible that eth0 and venet0 are the correct values. Also, you must set the IPs (note the X.X.X.X in the code). That's how you limit a certain container - by specifying its IP.
