it's really hard to help, and probably you will have to debug it on your own.
to tell somethink more there is need such information.
as I understand it is some custom binary, written application? or is it known application for public?
what this binary doing, is it using network, or only do somethink locally? what it uses memory for?? what libs it uses?
what is kernel, distribution, arch in HN?
what is distribution, arch in CT?
